Bio

Belinda commenced her swimming with Wisbech Swimming Club, UK, at the age of 5. Belinda joined Oundle and District Swimming Club and represented the club at Regional and National Levels, winning many regional level medal and titles and also held county records in Cambridgeshire.

In 1994, on attending University, Belinda joined the Birmingham University Swim Team, she attended the National finals for UK Universities and winning medals in several British Universities Championships. Belinda moved to Bermuda in 1998 and won many national titles, holding a National Open Record in 200 Freestyle. Belinda has represented at Club, Regional and University level, as well as representing Bermuda at CISC in 2001. She also won the Round the Sound 10k and 4k in Bermuda during this time.

Belinda competed in Triathlon in Bermuda and attended the World Age Group Championships in London in 2013. She also competed in Jersey in the  Island Games, representing Bermuda in 2015.

Belinda holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and Geography and is a fully qualified ASCA coach. She’s also a qualified swimming teacher based on the ASA qualifications in the UK.
